Content notes: A resistance-focused trance exercise built on reverse psychology and embedded suggestion — the listener is repeatedly told to stay awake/aware while paired suggestions work toward trance, culminating in a brief “give in” moment near the end where the file drops the listener into a short obedient, blank-mind state before waking them.
