In this file, I will guide you down into trance with relaxation and praise, some repetition of that Obedience mantra you probably know so well. Once you’re in trance, you will be instructed to take a selfie, of whatever body part you wish. The completion of the task – taking the photo – will wake you up and you’ll have no memory of the trance, only the evidence of your obedience – the photo.
