All purchases are instant downloads and therefore, final. If you have purchased duplicates by mistake, please contact me using the contact form below, or email me directly at [email protected]. I’m happy to refund those in a timely manner.
Memberships
Memberships can be cancelled, changed, or upgraded at any time by going to Your Memberships.
Delivery
All of the products available on this site are digital, so nothing will be shipped. Files can be downloaded instantly and are available for 72 hours. If you need to download them again after the link expires, please contact me. Custom files will be delivered to the email address used during purchase, unless another method has been agreed upon prior to ordering.
If you have other circumstances, please reach out to me, I would love to find a satisfactory resolution for you.
