In this file, I bring you into trance with relaxation and focus. Once in trance, I guide you through imagining letting out your feminine side, giving you a safe, private, respectful place to explore your feelings and identity. I guide you through imagining outward differences, and internal differences. Then, I give you space to explore a memory and imagine how it would go if you were able to express your femininity in that event, letting my uplifting words sort of fade into the background, giving you space to explore this event. If there is no memory you would like to replay, giving you space to luxuriate in the feelings of feminity and relax, just existing while listening to periodic affirming messages from me. Many people find it difficult to stay in trance without the verbal affirmations from a hypnotist, so I offer soft, general affirmations to let you know I’m still here, but giving you space to explore and feel. There are binaural beats layered within the sound texture throughout the file. There are no lasting suggestions, obedience or D/s suggestions, and this is not therapy, simply an experience to enjoy exploring a side of yourself that may not receive enough attention or respect in every day life.
